1. Assessment (Week 1)

We test everything - movement patterns, strength baselines, conditioning levels. No judgment, just data. This tells us exactly where to start and what to avoid.

2. Foundation Phase (Weeks 2-4)

Building the base. Proper form, core stability, basic conditioning. Might seem simple but this is where most people skip ahead and get hurt. We don't do that here.

3. Intensity Ramp (Weeks 5-8)

4. Peak Performance (Week 9+)
